Vafeades Architecture is a family-run architectural practice based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Established in 1960 by Costas Vafeades under the name “Costas Vafeades & Co,” the firm became a registered company in 1985 and adopted its current name.

For over six decades, we’ve built a reputation for trusted, high-quality design across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and urban development projects.
